Privacy policy
BlackRock Cybersecurity handles enquiry information with the same care we expect of any professional handling a client’s confidential matter. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you submit the case enquiry form we receive the information you choose to share: your first and last name, email address, phone number, country of residence, an approximate loss range, and the description of your matter that you write yourself.
We also record basic technical details with each enquiry — the internet address your message came from and your browser type — solely to protect the site against spam and automated abuse.
How we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: to review your enquiry, respond to you, and — if you decide to proceed — to handle your matter. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Where a matter progresses, relevant details are shared only with the professionals who need them to act on your case (for example authorised lawyers or regulators in the relevant jurisdiction), under their own professional confidentiality duties.
Confidentiality and security
Enquiries are stored in a private database with restricted access, not in email inboxes or consumer cloud folders. Only people acting on your matter can access it.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics that profile visitors.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to review and respond to the enquiry, or as long as required by applicable law and professional rules. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by writing to [email protected], subject to any legal obligation we have to retain a record.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your enquiry. Write to [email protected] and we will act without charge.
Questions about this policy, or a request about your information: [email protected].
This policy is provided as a starting point for review with your own legal or compliance adviser before the site goes live.
